These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and LUTE India ("we", "us", "our").

LUTE India provides e-commerce empowerment services including marketplace setup, storefront development, logistics management, RTO and COD management, order management systems, and custom business operations software.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be agreed in writing via a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work before work commences. These Terms of Service apply in addition to and alongside any such agreement.
